The proud energetic Zulu tribe draw power from their ancestral spirits and give thanks for their blessings. They celebrate life with exuberance offering beer in fired clay pots. Attired in leather and richly beaded regalia, they sing and dance while protected by ancestral warrior spears and shields poised to defend their people.
Decorated in the theme of the Zulu, our suite offers spaciousness, elegance, unparalleled intimacy, and seclusion. Overlooking the Camp waterhole, the game viewing holds spectacular potential, also offering a large bathroom en suite, you need look no further for all your comforts.
Bold striking colors and elegant bead-work, all has a meaning in the Zulu kingdom, with the bead-work almost exclusively used for communication between the sexes regarding relationships. A beaded necklace worn in a certain manner, will deter any unwanted advances from potential suitors. Color plays a vital role in the bead-work of the Zulu women, green, blue, red, black, white ,yellow and pink beads all represent positive meaning.
With the walls adorned with the shield and assegai, our design team recreated the spirit of the Zulu warrior, brave, aggressive and utterly fearless. Our twin bedroom adjoins the main suite, although never compromising privacy, with bathroom en suite excluding bath. This twin room lends itself to simple splendor, suitable for children or two guests sharing.
An oval bath made of marble, the gentle flicker of candlelight and lantern, the deafening silence and quiet of the African night, a time of reflection and relaxation.
