What are your cancellation and postponement policies for EXISTING bookings? Our normal cancellation policy is still in place. Should guests not be able to travel due to travel bans, they can extend for 12 months at the rates booked.
What is your stance on the honouring of rates for deferred travel and if a 2021 rate freeze is being considered? Confirmed bookings with deposits can be extended for up to 12 months at the same rates. We have frozen our 2021 rates for 2022.
In terms of deferment, will you allow guests to postpone, without giving future dates upfront? Yes, we offer vouchers which are valid for up to 12 months of the original arrival date.
Would guests be able to postpone for a second time (due to travel restrictions, pandemic not being over, etc)? Yes, but the second time it will have to be on the new rates for the time period booked.
Would you consider issuing of a credit note rather than clients giving new travel dates up front? Yes, we offer vouchers which are valid for up to 12 months of the original arrival date.
